Physical Therapist

We are looking for a Physical Therapists to join our team and provide rehabilitative care to patients of all ages in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine, has the ability to multi-task, and work well with a team. NEW GRADUATES WELCOME! The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic exercises and activities to help patients regain their mobility and strength.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient's physical condition and needs.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient, including goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic treatments such as massage, stretching, and exercises to improve patient's mobility and strength.
• Educate patients on proper use of assistive devices such as crutches, canes, walkers, etc.
• Provide guidance on how to prevent further injury or illness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Complete documentation in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a PT
• CPR certified
