Dental Assistant

Join our beautiful, spa-like prosthodontic practice located in the heart of Coral Gables. We combine advanced technology with exceptional patient care to provide an elevated clinical experience. You will work alongside two prosthodontists, hygienists, and a fabulous, supportive clinical team in a modern, fully digital practice specializing in high-end restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Assist prosthodontists during complex restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Digital Workflows: Operate digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and practice management software to streamline patient care and imaging.
• Patient Care & Comfort: Provide a warm, luxurious experience that puts patients at ease from appointment setup through post-procedure instructions.
• Operatory Preparation: Set up, break down, and thoroughly sanitize treatment rooms following all state and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Laboratory & Inventory Support: Coordinate lab cases, take precise impression/digital scans, manage clinical inventory, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Active Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential required.
• Florida Licensure: Must hold a valid Florida Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and Florida Dental Radiography certification (or equivalent state-approved credentials).
• Communication: Fully fluent in English with outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in Coral Gables.
• Attributes: Personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end practice environment.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in prosthodontics, implantology, cosmetic dentistry, and digital dental software/radiography.
