Logistic Coordinator

Location: Pico Rivera

2nd Shift: 3pm -11:30pm

Pay rate: $24- $26/hr DOE

Must be available weekends and possible OT

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for customer orders
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and related paperwork
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for shipment
• Verify shipment quantities, addresses, and delivery information
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal departments
• Resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and other logistics issues
• Maintain accurate shipping and transportation records
• Enter and update shipment information in ERP and logistics systems
• Assist with coordinating freight and transportation requirements
• Ensure shipments meet customer specifications and delivery schedules
• Support the warehouse and shipping departments as needed
