Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and optimal functioning of facility equipment and infrastructure. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and addressing repairs promptly. The Maintenance Technician works independently to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Inspect systems and identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Painting, sheetrock, minor electrical, minor plumbing, landscaping/mowing

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in maintenance
