Maintenance Associate

• Perform cleaning activities, including dusting, mopping, and general upkeep.
• Conduct minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks and filling gaps in walls.
• Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Install appliances and equipment as needed.
• Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, collecting trash, and performing yard upkeep.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and filters.
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems, such as ventilation and HVAC.
• Report any issues to the maintenance manager or clients promptly and respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep a detailed maintenance log and write shift reports to document tasks completed and any issues encountered.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for transportation to job sites.
