Healthcare / Business Law Attorney
Our client is seeking a Healthcare / Business Law Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience to join its growing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Advise healthcare providers, physician practices, and business clients on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and business agreements.
- Handle healthcare compliance, corporate governance, and business transactions.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on operational and regulatory issues.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on sophisticated matters.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare law, business law, or a combination of both.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with healthcare regulatory and transactional matters is preferred.
- An accounting or financial background is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
