The Lead Carpenter is responsible for leading day-to-day carpentry and construction activities on residential and light commercial projects. This position combines skilled hands-on carpentry with jobsite leadership, quality control, crew coordination, and communication with project management.
The Lead Carpenter is expected to work independently, lead by example, maintain a safe and professional jobsite, and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, company standards, and applicable building codes.
