Licensed Practical Nurse - The Madison Health and Rehab - Part Time

The Madison Health and Rehab, a newer 60-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. We are offering part-time employment with competitive pay, including a $25.50 per hour rate plus a $2 shift differential for evening and night shifts. Our facility is committed to providing compassionate and quality care to our patients in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support daily health needs
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
• Perform wound care and ensure proper healing protocols
• Document patient information thoroughly in health records
• Assist Registered Nurses with treatments and procedures
• Operate and maintain medical equipment properly
• Educate patients on care plans and health maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or certificate
• Current and valid LPN license
• Experience in patient care, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
