Leasing consultants will have strong experience in handling complex customer service issues, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Apartment Leasing Job Responsibilities:
• Greet future residents and show units
• Handle all walk-ins, telephone inquiries, on-line leads and other potential sales opportunities in a timely professional manner
• Maintain traffic reports, daily use of guest cards, and calls back potential future residents
• Review applications ensuring that they are accurate and legible
• Run credit reports adhering to current policies
• Market the property
• Assist with the move-in/move-out physical process including walk-thru with residents
• Assist with lease renewals
• Assist Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager with projects as needed
Apartment Leasing Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
• Apartment leasing experience
• Great attitude and flexibility
