Seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to handle a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle contested and uncontested divorce proceedings.
• Represent clients in matters involving child custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, negotiations, court conferences, and hearings.
• Advise clients regarding equitable distribution and other financial issues related to divorce.
• Work directly with clients to develop effective case strategies and negotiate favorable resolutions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience practicing matrimonial, divorce, and family law.
• Admission to the applicable State Bar and in good standing.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, research, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
