Weekend + Weekday Coverage | PRN | SNF/LTC | In-House Rehab
Phoenix of Fairlawn is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!
We have an immediate need for a COTA who can provide weekend support as needed. This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking to add consistent PRN hours while working with an experienced rehab team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
What You’ll DoProvide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Work with our SNF/LTC residents to improve independence, function, and quality of life
Carry out individualized treatment plans and document resident progress
Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
Provide reliable weekend coverage for the rehab department
PRN
Weekend and Weekday coverage opportunities available
Potential for additional PRN hours based on facility needs and availability
Current Ohio COTA license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
SNF/LTC experience preferred
Familiarity with Net Health is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and comfortable working independently when needed
New graduates with an interest in SNF/LTC are welcome to apply
