ShareSTAFF is hiring Electricians for temp-to-hire assignments at a Production Plant/ Food Manufacturing in Livingston, CA. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Electrician to support electrical maintenance and repair operations at a client site in Livingston, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, and the flexibility to work any assigned shift based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Perform power distribution and motor control maintenance and repair - Troubleshoot electrical systems, including PLC programming and circuit design - Interpret and follow wiring schematics to diagnose and resolve issues - Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and machinery - Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety protocols - Identify and resolve mechanical failures related to electrical components Qualifications: - Technical training or certification in electrical systems - Demonstrated experience as an Electrician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting - Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment installation - Knowledge of PLC programming and circuit design - Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and technical manuals - Commitment to workplace safety and a strong understanding of LOTO procedures Working Conditions: This Electrician role will be based at our manufacturing facilities, where you can expect to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment. The work may involve some physical demands, such as standing for extended periods, lifting and moving equipment, and working in confined spaces. A flexible schedule, including the potential for overtime, may be required to ensure the continuous operation of our facilities. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28-$31 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, shift differential pay and paid sick time.
