Job Summary:

Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing, a skilled nursing facility in Bristol, CT, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure our residents' comfort and dignity
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and lifting
• Support with incontinence care, medication administration, and other essential tasks
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Connecticut
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
