Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring speed, quality, and attention to detail. Assist with receiving inventory, stocking products, and performing other warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
Maintain daily productivity and quality standards while helping keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
The ideal candidate has previous order fulfillment, picking, and packing experience, works with a strong sense of urgency, pays close attention to detail, and is dependable, organized, and able to learn quickly. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., with mandatory overtime, including rotating Saturday shifts.
Requirements
- 2 years warehouse related experience - preferably within order fulfillment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Plusses
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course and certification
- OSHA & Forklift Certified preferred
- CGMP Course & Certification preferred
