• Active Colorado state OT license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred

Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
