Field Service Technician - Industrial Machinery & Automation - Direct Hire

NOTE: Field and shop-based position. Must be local to the Allentown, PA area or willing to relocate. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and U.S. passport required.

- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized industrial machinery at customer sites throughout North America
- Work alongside experienced technicians during equipment installations, startups, rebuilds, and service projects

The Position
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specialized industrial machinery at customer facilities throughout North America
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting while supporting equipment installations, startups, preventative maintenance, and customer training
- Participate in equipment rebuilds, assembly, testing, and service activities in the shop when not traveling, with training and mentorship from experienced technicians

- Extensive North American travel (average 50%, up to 75%+ during peak installation periods), including overnight and multi-week assignments; company-paid travel and daily per diem provided
- 3-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing equipment, automation, electromechanical repair, millwright work, or a related field; hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, schematics, or PLC experience is a plus
