The Groundskeeper will maintain the exterior grounds of properties to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe environment. This role involves performing routine lawn maintenance, operating various equipment, and carrying out landscaping and seasonal tasks to preserve the aesthetic quality of the site.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Operate basic hand tools, motorized equipment, and specialized landscaping tools
- Execute landscaping duties such as planting, mulching, and pruning
- Remove waste and debris from grounds and dispose of it properly
- Complete seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing
- Conduct site cleanups to maintain safety and curb appeal
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in groundskeeping or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
