Responsibilities

• Operate various hand tools and power equipment to perform mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Maintain a positive attitude when handling tasks and challenges that arise during service.
• Assist with occasional mulching and shrub-trimming projects.
• Hold yourself to the company’s standards.
• Provide high-quality workmanship and effort on every task.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Conduct snow plowing during the winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape equipment and hand tools.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in lawn care, gardening, or general landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of horticultural principles and plant care best practices.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with tree trimming, pruning, and general tree care techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
