Restoration Estimator / Project Sales

Sunrise Damage Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing team.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can follow up on incoming leads, meet customers at their homes or businesses, inspect damage, prepare accurate estimates, and help turn opportunities into restoration projects.

Responsibilities

%CF; Respond to and follow up on new customer leads promptly

%CF; Travel to residential and commercial properties to inspect damage

%CF; Evaluate water, fire, smoke, mold, and other property damage

%CF; Prepare detailed and accurate restoration estimates

%CF; Communicate estimates and scope of work clearly to customers

%CF; Follow up with customers after estimates are provided

%CF; Work with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other professionals when necessary

%CF; Coordinate with the production team once a job is approved

%CF; Maintain excellent communication throughout the sales and estimating process

Requirements

%CF; Minimum 5 years of experience in the restoration industry is required

%CF; Strong restoration estimating experience

%CF; Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration and mitigation

%CF; Experience with Xactimate is strongly preferred

%CF; Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills

%CF; Ability to inspect properties and accurately determine the scope of work

%CF; Professional appearance and attitude

%CF; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

%CF; Ability to work independently and follow up aggressively and professionally on leads
