Job Summary
LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable Weekend Lead to oversee weekend janitorial operations while working alongside the cleaning team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting team members, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the weekend janitorial crew
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
- Perform quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Monitor attendance, breaks, and timekeeping
- Communicate with supervisors regarding daily operations
- Perform hands-on cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and polish floors
- Safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and required PPE
