Estimator

We are looking for a reliable Collision Estimator & Shop Coordinator to write repair estimates, manage parts, keep shop production moving on schedule, and work directly with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating: Inspect vehicle damage and write accurate repair estimates and supplements using industry software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, etc.).
• Parts Management: Order required parts, track delivery times, and verify accuracy before work begins.
• Production Support: Coordinate with body technicians and painters to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop and meet promised completion dates.
• Insurance Liaison: Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) to speed up approvals and maintain strong network relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Proficiency with major estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex).
• Knowledge of auto body repair methods and parts.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
