What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate crew during your shift
- Deliver outstanding guest service
- Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Drive speed of service and operational execution
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Support restaurant sales and performance goals
- Help create a positive, accountable restaurant culture
What We’re Looking For
- McDonald’s experience strongly preferred
- Shift Leader, Shift Manager, Department Manager, or similar QSR leadership experience
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Dependable, energetic, and team-focused
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability
