Customer Service Representative

We are a professional sales organization in the printing and promotional products industry for over 40 years. Our work environment is healthy, fast-paced, everyone does their job without the need for micro-managing. In search of a hard working reliable Client Support Specialist with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

$20-$25 per hour 40 hour work week Mon-Friday (1/2 days on Friday)

Duties

* Receive and process orders for customers, sales reps.

* Support sales initiatives by attention to detail and strong communication skills

* Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups

* Collaborate with team members on project management tasks and ensure timely delivery of services

* Shipping arrangements for local, out of state, and international deliveries via couriers, trucks, FedEx

Qualifications

* Proven experience in customer service

* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen, prioritize and multi-task

* Proficiency with all Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)

* Ability to make decisions and problem solve

* Extremely reliable and a self-starter
