Cement General Laborer

The Cement Plant Laborer is responsible for performing general labor and plant-support duties to help maintain safe, efficient, and continuous cement production operations. This position involves physical work, equipment cleaning, material handling, housekeeping, and assisting plant operators and maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties throughout the cement plant and production areas.
• Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, cement, bags, tools, and other supplies.
• Clean and maintain work areas, machinery, conveyors, chutes, floors, and equipment.
• Assist operators and maintenance personnel with routine plant operations and repairs.
• Monitor equipment and report unusual noises, leaks, damage, or other safety concerns.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as directed.
• Assist with conveyor, crusher, mill, kiln, packing, and material-handling operations as assigned.
