Heavy Equipment Operator / Forklift / SkyTrak Operator – Construction & Site Work.


Pay: DOE


Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators, Forklift Operators, SkyTrak Operators, Construction Equipment Operators, and Equipment Operator/Laborers are needed for full-time opportunities supporting construction, grading, paving, excavation, site development, material handling, outdoor maintenance, and industrial projects.


Equipment Experience We're Looking For

Candidates with experience operating one or more of the following are encouraged to apply:

  • Forklifts
  • SkyTrak / telehandlers
  • Skid steers / Bobcats
  • Backhoes
  • Bulldozers / push dozers
  • Motor graders / rough-grade equipment
  • Asphalt pavers
  • Self-propelled rollers
  • Asphalt and non-asphalt rollers
  • Milling machines
  • Concrete grinders
  • Concrete finishing equipment
  • Excavation and earthmoving equipment
  • Compaction equipment
  • Grade and paving equipment
  • Other light or heavy construction equipment


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate assigned equipment
  • Grade, excavate, move, load, and stage materials
  • Support paving, site preparation, and construction projects
  • Perform daily equipment inspections
  • Assist with general labor when needed
  • Follow all jobsite and OSHA safety procedures


Qualifications:

  • Previous equipment operation or construction experience
  • Forklift/SkyTrak experience required for applicable positions
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working as part of a crew
  • Equipment certifications and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
