Piping Detailer – Mechanical Construction

We’re seeking a skilled Piping / Plumbing Detailer to support commercial mechanical construction projects through detailed modeling and fabrication drawings. This role works closely with engineering, project management, and field teams to ensure accurate, constructible system layouts.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop piping models and shop drawings using Revit and Fabrication CADmep
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability
• Identify and resolve clashes across MEP systems
• Produce spool drawings and fabrication-ready deliverables
• Maintain project standards, specifications, and quality requirements
• Participate in coordination meetings and support field teams
• Contribute to process improvements within BIM and detailing workflows

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of piping / plumbing detailing experience in commercial mechanical construction
• Proficiency in Revit and Fabrication CADmep (required)
• Strong understanding of piping/mechanical systems and installation methods
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

• Experience with BIM 360 and coordination workflows
