About the Role:
JTWO DLV CORP is looking for an energetic and reliable FedEx Delivery Helper to join our team in Brooklyn, NY! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring packages are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Assist FedEx delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and sorting packages
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner
- Verify package accuracy and match deliveries to manifests and delivery routes
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery
- Maintain a safe and organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during all deliveries
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company delivery procedures
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a fast work pace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early morning start times
- Valid government-issued ID required
- Prior delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus
- Must be able to work weekends and peak season schedules as needed
