ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Line Balancing
- Time Studies
- Value Stream Mapping
- Routing Development
- Gauge/Fixture Design
- Material Flow Analysis
- CNC Programming (ESPRIT preferred)
- Learn SPC practices and perform capability studies
- Learn LEAN Principles and participate in lean events and teams
- Promote good safety practices as well as ensure that all processes and actions provide for a safe work environment for all AG employees and visitors
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and a self-starter, sense of urgency and prioritization
- Ability to analyze and solve issues
- Meet specific deadlines
- Interface with all departments and levels of management
- Assists with other duties as needed and directed
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
- Time Study experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
