We are seeking a PCA Home Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine homecare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Companionship
- Assist with Grocery Shopping, & Medical Appointments
- Light Housekeeping
- Fix Breakfast & Lunches
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to encourage patient with activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish Speaking preferred
