Accountant Construction

We are looking for an Accountant for Construction to join our team!

Job Duties:

· Prepare and process AIA billings and lien waivers in accordance with contract requirements

· Post cash receipts accurately to customer accounts

· Perform job cost reconciliations, ensuring costs are properly recorded

· Responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing

· Input and reconcile material inventory

· Prepare monthly sales tax report

Qualifications:

· 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Solid understanding of job cost accounting principles

· High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related office applications

· Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic and team player

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

A/C Technical Services is a medium-sized, family-oriented HVAC Contracting firm located in the far northwest San Antonio area, providing HVAC installation and service to customers located throughout Central and South Texas.
