HVAC Tech

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Residential HV/AC Technician who is interested in a long-term position with our company working in the greater Tampa Bay area.

This is a seasonal position with full-time hours during the summer and part-time hours during the winter. The workload is busiest during Florida’s hot summer months, with fewer hours during the cooler season.

What We Offer

• Full-time hours during the summer (April - September)
• Part-time hours during the winter (October - March)
• Company vehicle provided for work
• Work throughout the Tampa Bay area including but not limited to Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Manatee
• Commission on installation of new A/C systems

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and preventative service
• Communicate professionally with residents and property management
• Maintain accurate, electronic records and pictures of work performed
• Identify additional maintenance issues when encountered

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2-years experience with residential HVAC experience required
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving history required
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Must be comfortable dealing with a wide variety of residents and handling interactions professionally.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• HVAC certification or licensing is a plus
