Seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Project Scheduler for a contract project opportunity in Waddell.

Data Center/Mission Critical Construction Projects
Track milestones, analyze the critical path, and coordinate with engineering, field, and procurement teams to keep large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule Development: Build baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity codes, calendars, and logic links (dependencies).
- Critical Path Management: Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques to find float times, spot bottlenecks, and track critical tasks.
- Progress Updating: Gather field data, timesheets, and subcontractor updates to log actual progress versus the baseline.
- Delay & Risk Analysis: Flag emerging schedule variances, forecast potential delays, and run "what-if" scenarios or recovery plans.
- Resource & Cost Loading: Assign labor units, equipment, and material constraints to activities for accurate resource forecasting.
- Reporting: Generate Gantt charts, S-curves, variance dashboards, and executive progress summaries for stakeholders.
Common Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and complementary tools like MS Excel or Power BI.
- Methodologies: Strong grasp of project controls, earned value management (EVM), and CPM scheduling.
