CNC Programmer

**Job Title: CNC Programmer **

location: Rosharon, TX 77583

Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $21.00–$25.00/hr on W2

Schedule & Work Environment

• Onsite position
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• No travel required
• Overtime may be available but is not required

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Machine Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Machining, or related field preferred

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Relevant machining experience, apprenticeship, or technical training accepted in lieu of degree

• Basic computer skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read and use:- Micrometers

  • Calipers

• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to established processes

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC programming experience
• FANUC controls
• Mazatrol/Mazak programming or software
• G-Code knowledge
• Forklift experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support CNC machining and programming activities
• Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize machining processes
• Read and interpret measurement data
• Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions
• Learn and apply company-specific machining techniques
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Maintain shop and field equipment
• Support safe, efficient, and reliable product/service delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move components weighing approximately 40–60 lbs
• Work safely in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Safely handle machine parts and tooling

Early-career machinist, machining technology graduate, or apprentice with foundational CNC knowledge, strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn and grow into a long-term role.
