Server/Waitstaff

DJ's Bar and Grill LLC is seeking a Server/Waitstaff to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced onsite dining environment in Winchester, KY.

Position Summary

As a Server/Waitstaff, you’ll be the face of our guest experience—welcoming customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring each visit feels seamless and enjoyable. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and team members to deliver timely service and uphold our standards of hospitality.

This part-time role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a positive, professional presence throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide helpful recommendations

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly for preparation

• Serve items efficiently, checking in with guests as needed and addressing concerns professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables, station areas, and service tools

• Collaborate with team members to support smooth service flow during peak times

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service is preferred, with the ability to learn quickly

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, courteous communication style

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Reliable attendance and readiness to work part-time onsite in Winchester, KY

• Basic math skills for order tracking and bill processing

• Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment

• Familiarity with taking orders, handling payments, and managing guest requests

• Confidence working with a team in a busy dining room

• A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation expectations

Compensation

Hourly rate: $2.13
