Perfect Pair ABA is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Warrenton, VA. Our clinicians provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Your Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll partner with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans while building strong relationships with the children and families you serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings

• Implementing skill acquisition and behavior support programs

• Encouraging communication, independence, and positive behavior development

• Collecting accurate data during therapy sessions

• Completing electronic session notes and documentation on time

• Collaborating with BCBAs and caregivers to support treatment goals

• Maintaining a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance

• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Warrenton area

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire
