What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a smile, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are neat and appealing.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Lifting and moving items up to 25 lbs to support store operations.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail setting is preferred.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs as part of your daily responsibilities.
