About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Lead to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs end-to-end. This person will manage Gen AI initiatives alongside other technology projects, coordinating engineering, data, and infrastructure workstreams with different velocities and definitions of "done." Direct experience managing Gen AI programs is strongly preferred. This is a hands-on, technically credible role — not a status-chaser — requiring the ability to challenge teams on substance and smell trouble early.

What You'll Do

• Own large, cross-functional technical programs (including Gen AI/ML workstreams) end-to-end.
• Plan, estimate, and report on experimental Gen AI work where outcomes are uncertain.
• Manage dependencies, risk, budget, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Lead through influence without authority and resolve technical and interpersonal conflict.
• Independently assess whether workstreams are genuinely on track versus quietly failing.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record driving large, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end.
• Direct experience managing Gen AI/ML programs (strongly preferred) alongside conventional engineering.
• Strong crisis-triage, prioritization, and stakeholder-communication skills under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and hold peers accountable through influence without authority.
• Enough technical depth to independently judge whether a Gen AI workstream is truly on track.
