PROSTAR Staffing is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Assembler to join a premier woodworking and cabinetry manufacturing team. If you take pride in craftsmanship, have strong assembly skills, and enjoy building high-quality custom products, this is an excellent opportunity to put your expertise to work.
Schedule & Pay- $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday
As a Cabinet Maker / Assembler, you'll be responsible for the precision assembly and finishing of custom cabinetry, including:
- Assembling prefabricated wood components to create high-quality cabinets using hand and power tools
- Trimming, sanding, and refining cabinet parts to ensure a seamless fit and professional finish
- Installing screws, dowels, biscuits, adhesives, and clamps to securely assemble components
- Aligning and installing cabinet hardware, including hinges, handles, drawer slides, and specialty fixtures
- Performing edge banding, filing, and general finishing processes
- Reading measurements accurately and working from specifications to meet quality standards
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Advanced experience with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic air tools
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure
- Strong woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture assembly experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
- Steel-toe boots required
