AUTOMOTIVE DETAILER

Dan Hecht Chevrolet Toyota has an immediate opening for a full-time position in our Detailing Department. We are looking for individuals who have great attention to detail, enjoy working with cars, and like being part of a team. Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person. This position offers an hourly wage plus a performance bonus plan, providing an opportunity to increase your earnings based on quality and efficiency. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

• Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them accordingly
• Apply protective coatings and treatments to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations during all detailing activities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and explaining services performed

• Must be 18 years of age
• Proven experience as a vehicle detailer or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning and polishing products, tools, and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and pay close attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch and stand over, under and next to and in all vehicles
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
