Reid & Associates is placing an Interim Director of Critical Care at a well-respected acute care hospital in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a high-impact role for an experienced ICU leader who thrives in fast-paced environments — and wouldn't mind trading their winter coat for year-round sunshine.

The Role:

• Oversee ICU and Critical Care operations
• Lead and develop nursing staff, charge nurses, and managers
• Drive quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Build strong physician partnerships and interdisciplinary collaboration

What We're Looking For:

• Active California RN license required
• BSN required | MSN preferred
• Director or Manager-level ICU or Critical Care experience
• BLS and ACLS required
