Homeside Rehab is a growing home-based rehabilitation company providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic services throughout multiple states. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Recruiter to join our team at our Monsey office.
Position SummaryThe Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesSource qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow up with candidates regarding required onboarding documents.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and staffing needs.
Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired providers.
Perform additional recruitment and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred; experience recruiting Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, or other healthcare professionals is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure top talent in competitive markets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
