We are expanding our Meriden, Connecticut post-acute care team and looking for a dedicated full-time physician ready to lead care in skilled nursing facilities. Enjoy a 5-day work week that balances clinical autonomy with robust organizational backing.You will manage a diverse patient caseload of 15-20 patients a day, partnering with a strong multidisciplinary network to deliver impactful care. We offer a strong clinical mentorship program to get you started. Plan includes setting your own schedule and a salary and bonus of $232,000–$274,000 and zero limits on your bonus productivity potential.
