Requirements:
Active RN License (New York)
Must have OASIS experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
BSN preferred
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience preferred
OR minimum 1 year of CHHA/Home Health experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
