A leading value-based senior care organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an innovative team redefining how primary care is delivered. This outpatient-only role offers the chance to focus on what matters most time with patients, preventive care, and meaningful relationships all supported by a robust care infrastructure that eliminates administrative overload. Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only primary care focused exclusively on Medicare/Medicare Advantage seniors
- Longer appointment times quality over volume
- Strong emphasis on preventive medicine and chronic disease management
- Advanced support structure including care coordination, analytics, quality teams, and billing support
- Established patient panel with opportunity to grow
- Collaborative, mission-driven team environment
- Typical Monday-Friday schedule, closed 12-1 pm for lunch, and with no inpatient responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO trained in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Eligible for Alabama medical license, and willingness to obtain
- Passion for senior care and value-based medicine
- Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Comfortable managing a Medicare population (65+)
- New graduates welcome if aligned with the model
