Your impact
  • Tackle repairs on diverse manufacturing equipment and facility systems quickly and professionally.
  • Pinpoint defective components, determine causes, and restore optimal operation.
  • Follow on-shift Maintenance Supervisor direction to meet production needs.
  • Conduct daily walk-through inspections to identify emerging issues.
  • Complete run-time and down-time PMs to prevent failures.
  • Record time and task details by completing work orders.
  • Assist with troubleshooting production process challenges as needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas, including tools and toolbox.
  • Provide timely verbal and written status updates to supervisors, operators, and staff.
  • Foster a team-first environment across departments.
  • Work safely at all times—comply with LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies.
  • Respond quickly to internal and external customer requests.
Do you meet the requirements?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate’s Degree in a maintenance or technical field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
