Back of House Team Member
Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our back of house team!
Position Overview:
This role may include line cooking, food prep, and dishwashing responsibilities depending on shift needs. We’re looking for someone flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards
- Cooking and plating menu items during service hours
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with receiving and stocking inventory
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Hours of Operation:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Friday: 4pm - 10pm (Kitchen closes at 9pm)
Saturday: 12pm - 10pm (Kitchen closes at 9pm)
Sunday: 12pm - 8pm (Kitchen closes at 7:30pm)
