Baseline is a family-run, woman-owned, veteran-owned local business. We currently serve the greater Nashville Tennessee area.
Job locations in Nashville and all surrounding counties, including Montgomery County (Clarksville)
Our work environment includes:
Cleaning residential, short term rentals, and commercial properties
All uniforms and supplies provided
Remote work
Duties:
Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and guest rooms
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
Vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Physically able to perform hands-on cleaning and supervisory duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner
Must have reliable transportation
