We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead a team, keep operations tight, and step in wherever needed. This is not a sit-in-the-office role—you’re on the floor, in the kitchen, and making things happen.

???? What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (front + back of house)
• Lead, schedule, and support staff
• Ensure strong customer service and smooth service flow
• Handle inventory, ordering, and basic cost control
• Jump in during rushes—expo, line, or front as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards

⏰ Schedule:

• Mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Weekend availability required
• Full-time

• Restaurant management or strong leadership experience
• Can handle pressure and make quick decisions
• Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented

• Reliable and consistent

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous restaurant management experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
