What You'll Be Doing

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the early learning experiences of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a group of 6 toddlers with care and attention.
• Using our curriculum to teach foundational concepts like numbers, letters, shapes, and colors.
• Assisting with potty training and helping toddlers develop essential life skills.
• Keeping the classroom tidy and organized to create a welcoming environment.
• Managing the daily schedule to ensure a balance of learning, play, and rest.
• Supporting the physical needs of toddlers, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and ready to jump into the rewarding world of early childhood education. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A love for working with toddlers and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• A willingness to adapt and work collaboratively with our team.

No prior teaching experience? No problem! We welcome candidates with all levels of experience who are eager to learn and grow with us.
