CDL A/B Fleet Logistics Driver

Location: Roxana, IL | Compensation: $30 per hour

A day in the driver’s seat

• Start with thorough pre-trip checks to confirm your Class A or B vehicle is road-ready.
• Load and secure cargo with care to protect every shipment.
• Navigate your route, following all traffic laws and DOT requirements.
• Stay in close contact with dispatch to adjust to schedules and address on-the-road updates.
• Deliver with professionalism—great service at every stop.
• Wrap up with post-trip inspections and accurate logs for hours, mileage, and fuel.

What you’ll handle

• Operating Class A or B commercial vehicles safely and compliantly.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle functionality.
• Loading/unloading and securing freight to prevent damage.
• Maintaining complete and precise documentation for driving hours, miles, and fuel.
• Communicating proactively with dispatch and teammates regarding timing or issues.
• Representing the company with excellent customer service.
• Following all company policies and safety protocols.

What you bring

• Valid CDL Class A or B and a clean driving record.
• Preferred: 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Clear communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
